Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available?
By default, we ship using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri Standard. However, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24, Evri Next Day, or DPD Next Day at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally, but it’s not available as a standard option. Please contact us via email to discuss shipping rates and delivery times for your country.
How long does delivery take?
- Free shipping: Typically takes around 5 working days and does not include tracking.
- Tracked & express shipping: Orders are usually shipped the same or next working day, and delivery can be as fast as next-day depending on your location.
For example, if you order a custom stamp today at 12 PM with Royal Mail Tracked 24, you’re likely to receive it tomorrow (or the day after in remote areas).
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update your address—please email us as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address leads to a failed delivery, any additional costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If you need to update your shipping or billing address before placing an order, you can do so in your account settings.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is only available if you selected a paid tracked shipping option at checkout. If applicable, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Order Issues & Returns

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. However, personalized items and products intended for food use (e.g., cookie cutters, stamps) are non-refundable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
- If the item has a significant defect, we will cover return postage costs and offer a full refund.
- If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 28 days, and refunds may take up to 14 additional days to appear in your account.
I ordered a cookie stamp or cutter, but it doesn't work as expected. What should I do?
Performance depends on the design and your experience level. Using cornstarch as a release agent may help. We do not accept returns for usability issues, as results vary based on individual techniques.
