Shipping Information

We carefully make and pack every order from our small UK studio. Most items are made to order, including our cookie cutters, embossers, personalised stamps and custom 3D printed pieces.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised or custom designs may take a little longer, especially if we need to check the artwork, text or design details before printing.

UK delivery

UK orders are usually sent with Royal Mail or another tracked delivery service, depending on the order size and delivery option selected at checkout.

Estimated UK delivery time after dispatch is usually 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy postal periods.

International delivery

We can ship selected products internationally. Delivery time depends on the destination country, local postal services and customs processing.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, the tracking details will be added to your order once dispatched. You may also receive a dispatch confirmation email with delivery information.

Personalised and custom orders

Please check all personalised text, names, dates and design details carefully before placing your order. Custom and personalised items are made especially for you, so they usually cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started unless there is a fault with the item.

Incorrect address or delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
