This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through DREAMY CAKE STUDIO LTD. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:
- Personalised or custom-made products (e.g., customised cookie stamps with names or special text).
- Food-contact items for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., cookie cutters, fondant stamps, dough rollers, cake stands, and any other items intended for food preparation).
- Used items or items that show signs of wear and tear.
2. Returns for Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
If you purchased a non-personalised product that does not come into contact with food, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- You must contact us before returning the item to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
3. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. The following conditions apply:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- We may require photo evidence of the defect before approving a return or refund.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and either:
- Send a replacement free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Limited 14-Day Product Warranty
We offer a 14-day warranty on all items, covering only manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage or misuse.
- Damage caused by improper storage, washing, or exposure to high temperatures.
If you believe your item has a significant defect covered by the warranty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the claim and may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
