1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom, covering mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to remote areas or regions with special postal surcharges.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Many of our products are personalised, so processing times may vary:

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 0 to 2 working days. Large orders or peak periods may extend this to up to 3 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery speed depends on the chosen shipping method. Options range from next-day delivery to standard delivery (up to 6 working days).

If you need an urgent order, please contact us—we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Shipping Costs & Upgrades

  • Standard shipping is included in most product prices.
  • Customers can upgrade to premium shipping services (e.g., tracked or express delivery) for an additional fee.
  • Premium shipping ensures priority processing, faster dispatch, and tracking.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We take full responsibility for orders lost or damaged during transit under the following conditions:

Delayed Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within 10 days after dispatch, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement.

Lost Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please provide proof (photos or video). Based on the severity of the damage, you may:

  1. Return the item for a full refund.
  2. Keep the item and receive partial compensation.
  3. Keep the item and receive a free replacement.
  4. Return the item and receive a replacement.

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • You can change the delivery address before dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address and are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
  • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible, and returns will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer must cover the re-shipping costs.
