2. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if it includes personalised/custom items or has already been shipped.
If an order does not contain personalised/custom items and has not been shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund without providing a reason.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, without providing a reason.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We only ship within the UK (excluding certain remote regions where standard postage rates do not apply).
Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days. However, during busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected by the customer at checkout, with options ranging from next-day delivery to up to 6 working days.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
If an order is not delivered within 10 business days from the dispatch date, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we take responsibility and will offer either a replacement or refund. For damaged items, the customer must provide photographic/video evidence before a resolution is offered.
We reserve the right to change the courier service at our discretion, even if the customer selected a specific shipping method.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for non-personalised and non-food-contact items, provided the customer covers return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalised/custom-made items.
- Items that have been used or show signs of use.
- Food-contact items (e.g., cookie stamps, cake stands, fondant rollers).
If an item is faulty due to our error, we will offer a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Customers must contact us before returning an item to obtain return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds or replacements for defective items are available within 14 days of purchase.

5. Payment & Pricing

We accept payments via Stripe.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are not intended for direct food consumption or for use by children.
We do not take responsibility for:
- Any allergic reactions or health issues caused by using our products.
- Any safety hazards, including fire risks, improper use, or accidents.
- Any unexpected performance issues, as we create products based on customer requests and do not guarantee their functionality beyond what was requested.
By purchasing, the customer assumes full responsibility for the appropriate and safe use of the product.

We may share necessary data with trusted third-party partners (e.g., payment providers, shipping companies).
