🛒 How to Order
- Choose Size (M&S/50, 60, 70, 80 mm) and Cutter (No / Round / Scalloped).
- Enter the exact text in the Personalisation box (use upper/lower case as you want it to appear).
- Add to basket and checkout — we’ll do the rest!
✏️ Personalisation Rules
- Text: enter the EXACT wording (we keep case & punctuation). We engrave exactly what you type.
- Characters: A–Z, a–z, 0–9, basic punctuation, ♥/★. Other symbols/emojis — please message first.
- Length per line (incl. spaces): 50 mm ≈ 5–6 · 60 mm ≈ up to ~8 · 70 mm ≈ ~12–16 · 80 mm ≈ ~16–20. ALL CAPS/bold styles can reduce capacity by ~10–15%.
- Line breaks: specify like
Line 1: … / Line 2: …. If not provided, we’ll centre & optimise line breaks/spacing. - Proofs: not sent by default (faster dispatch). On request (+1–2 working days).
- Logos/IP: separate listing (look in the store)
- Missing/unclear info: we’ll message you. No reply within 48h → default layout (70 mm, centred, best-fit breaks; if no text provided → no name/icons)..
- Changes after order: possible until production starts; after that a remake fee may apply.
📏 Size Guide
- M&S (≈50 mm): small biscuits; short names (5–6 letters) or numbers.
- 60 mm: 1–2 words; names up to ~8 letters. Slightly larger cookies/cupcakes
- 70 mm (most popular): clearest embossing for most phrases.
- 80 mm (premium): long names/detailed text; statement toppers.
Tip: short names → M&S/60. Longer phrases → 70–80. Cutters: Round or Scalloped.
🚚 Shipping (UK)
- Free Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked): typically 3–6 working days; up to 10 working days in peak periods (outside our control).
- Upgrades: Tracked 48 (est. 2–3 working days) or Tracked 24 (est. 1–2 working days).
- Guaranteed next day: Special Delivery by 1pm.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 1pm Mon–Fri ship the next working day; after 1pm/weekends — the following working day.
🧁 How to Use
Roll fondant/sugar paste to 3–4 mm, dust lightly, press straight down with even pressure, lift vertically, then cut. Two-tone effects are possible (a little practice helps!).
🔧 Product & Care
- Material: Food-safe PLA (3D printed). Size tolerance ±1–2 mm.
- Hand-wash only; not dishwasher-safe. Keep away from heat/sunlight. Not a toy.
- Use with fondant, sugar paste, marzipan, cookie dough (keep a separate tool for non-food/clay).
Quality & Returns
Each tool is inspected for crisp detail; results vary with paste firmness and text length. For long/detailed text choose 70–80 mm. Colour may vary (design/function identical). Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty — message within 48 hours if there’s an issue and we’ll help.
