How to Use

1. Roll fondant, sugar paste or suitable cookie dough to an even thickness of around 3–4 mm.
2. Lightly dust the surface and stamp with cornflour or icing sugar if needed.
3. Press the embosser down evenly and firmly.
4. Lift vertically to reveal the design.
5. If using a cutter, cut the outer shape after embossing.

For softer cookie dough, chilling before stamping can help the design hold more clearly.
Two-tone effects are also possible with a little practice.
