How to Use

1. Roll your cookie dough, fondant or sugar paste to an even thickness.
2. Lightly dust the surface or tool with cornflour if required to help prevent sticking.
3. Press the cutter straight down firmly and evenly.
4. The outer edge will cut the shape while the inner detail creates the embossed design.
5. Lift the tool vertically and carefully remove the finished piece.

For cookies, a dough that holds its shape well during baking will give the cleanest finished result.
