How to Use
- Roll fondant, sugar paste or suitable cookie dough to an even thickness of around 3–4 mm.
- Lightly dust the surface or tool with cornflour if required.
- Press the embosser evenly into the material to create the design.
- Use the matching cutter to create the outer plaque shape.
- Lift both tools vertically and carefully remove the finished piece.
For cookies, chilled non-spreading dough will give the cleanest finished result.
